01 Service Usage
Services provided by MHK Network are for the personal or business use of the registered subscriber only. Reselling, sharing, or redistributing the connection to unauthorized third parties without prior written consent is not permitted.
02 Billing & Payments
Subscription fees are billed on a monthly basis and are due by the date specified on the invoice. Continued access to the service is subject to timely payment; accounts with overdue balances may be suspended until dues are cleared.
03 Equipment
Any modem, router, ONT, camera unit, or related equipment issued by MHK Network remains the property of MHK Network unless otherwise stated, and must be returned in working condition upon cancellation of service.
04 Fair Usage Policy
Internet services are subject to a Fair Usage Policy in line with applicable regulations. Excessive or abusive usage that affects network quality for other subscribers may result in speed adjustments.
05 Installation & Service Area
Installation timelines depend on the subscriber's location within our coverage area. MHK Network reserves the right to decline or delay installation in areas outside current network coverage.
06 Termination & Cancellation
Subscribers may request cancellation of service by contacting MHK Network directly. MHK Network reserves the right to suspend or terminate service in cases of non-payment, misuse, or violation of these terms.
07 Privacy & Compliance
Subscriber information is kept confidential and is only shared with relevant authorities where required by applicable law or regulation.
08 Limitation of Liability
While MHK Network works to maintain consistent service quality, it is not liable for interruptions caused by factors beyond its reasonable control, including power outages, weather conditions, or third-party infrastructure issues.
